The room assigned initially had several issues. The carpet had numerous stains, and the third bed, a sofa bed, was broken with supports added under the frame. These conditions are not what I expect.

the location was great it was very close to the u-bahn station. the breakfast buffet had a good variety i found it quite efficient. the staff at the counter were helpful to guests needing assistance.

the room lacked a fridge that was disappointing. there was no complimentary water provided daily. the air conditioner was centrally controlled i could not adjust the room temperature myself.
